Re: Airshow London 2020 (Now "Sky Drive" Presented by ASL)

I've always dreamed of seeing a schedule like that!
Added the coast guard demo and deleted the KC-135?

Re: Airshow London 2020 (Now "Sky Drive" Presented by ASL)

If the show runs 1-5 for flying that should give you a general idea. Obviously a little before 1 a they will have transit time to London. Not sure if there is an actual heritage flight ,I am guessing no .Logistics would be difficult to get all the demo teams and the heritage plane . I would assume t...

Re: Airshow London 2020 (Now "Sky Drive" Presented by ASL)

Even with little to no RCAF partcipation, this is a great lineup. obviously, a herc demo, some CF-18 passes and maybe a few Hawks would be nice. Throw in a CH-148 or a CH-149 flyby and im stocked!! Still hoping we will get either some F-15's or something Navy. Ultimate would be a B-1...but I am not...

Re: Airshow London 2020 (Now "Sky Drive" Presented by ASL)

New York state was mentioned in an article.I would think that would be Niagara Falls but who knows unless you are a show insider at this point.I think they should use Toledo and have some F-16 escorts to the show :P The good news is RCAF participation is supposed to be announced Thursday, hopefully ...

Re: Airshow London 2020 (Now "Sky Drive" Presented by ASL)

Interesting to find this page http://www.rcaf-arc.forces.gc.ca/en/demo-teams/booking.page "In an effort to minimize the impact of COVID-19 and to prioritize the health and safety of our personnel, the RCAF is suspending all support to air shows and other special events until further notice."

Re: Airshow London 2020 (Now "Sky Drive" Presented by ASL)

I'm sure the goal is to base everything at London (except the B-52's) but probably the show organizers are the only ones who can answer that question at this point. On a side not the RCAF needs to step it up and commit some resources to this show (Cf-18's hint hint) unless they already have and the ...
