I've heard great things about this show in the past and will he attending for the first time. The stacked lineup is just a bonus!

Lots of talent for a small show and really excited for the Snowbirds. Uncertain if the A-10 is actually performing or not, can't find any details other than on the flyer for this show. I've been going to a number of shows over the last few years and look forward to this one, which we've gone to every year since 2016. This will be my first time seeing the RCAF Snows and while I've seen thee Blues, Thunderbirds and even the Reds (practicing years ago in England), seeing 9 of anything flying in tight formation is pretty special. Hope for fair weather and some blue skies!

Bad news today. Cherry Point lost a harrier in a crash this evening. Pilot is in the hospital. I’d say the chances of the Harrier Demo are much more slim now.

I would normally post this in its own thread, but it seems like there have been too many plane crashes in the last two weeks for me to keep up with. They seem to come in waves for some reason.

Horrible news to hear, glad he appears to be OK. The jet that went down was from the 542 Tigers, the show is 231 Ace's so not sure how that will effect things. Regardless, glad he appears to be good and still hoping to see them in action this weekend.

I've seen a comment on FB that the A-10 will be flying; I hope that is true!

yeah, just saw the same on FB. I saw the demo at Andrew's a few weeks back, was a good flight after a bit of an ironic maintenance issue. Look forward to watching this plane every time, especially when pyrotechnics are involved!

It won't be the demo team, but it could certainly be an airfield attack demo like they have done at Cleveland and Oshkosh in recent years, which is almost better for me since the demo is the same every time.

Harrier pilot released from the hospital with no injuries.

On a related note, I saw a harrier doing a practice demo over the field (Cherry Point) today, so I’m guessing they still plan on being there.

A few photos posted by the show's FB page like this one show the Harriers, Vipers, and Snowbirds are on the ground. One of the Harriers has some color, so that's nice.

Side note, the TFR runs from noon to 5pm on Fri, Sat, and Sun but I would expect flying to end by 4 unless there are weather issues. Sadly, weather issues appear likely at least one day.
