I guess you can say this is pretty much canceled since the Air Force has suspended public events till May 15.

Michael Wiskus confirms on his website that the Fort Lauderdale Air Show is cancelled because of COVID-19 concerns.
May 1st-3rd Fort Lauderdale Airshow "Over Fort Lauderdale Beach"

CANCELLED DUE TO CORONA Performing alongside U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds

The show is officially saying they are postponing the event until the fall, dates TBD. We'll see what happens.

The new tentative dates according the ACC Aerial Events schedule are November 21st and 22nd.

Keep in mind that their Facebook page has those dates as well but it’s still TBC until the military provides guidance. Makes one one wonder what will happen if the military is unable to support the show.

Not official yet, but it looks like Fort Lauderdale will be in for afterburner mania with the F-16, F-22 and F-35A Demo Teams.

I messaged the F-22 and F-35 Demonstration Teams a while back and F-22 team said as of now they are scheduled to return and F-35 guys said as of this writing “are on the books for Fort Lauderdale”.
