Update from the OC Air Show organizers via Facebook.

UPDATE: The military has been very engaged with our flight ops team over the past week on military demo team support. We have also been in constant contact with the Town of Ocean City and the local, state and federal agencies that support the show. We expect to announce a new date for the 2020 event within the next 30 days.

Not official yet, but it looks Ocean City is in for Air Combat Command triple fun with the A-10, F-22 and F-35A Demo Teams!

The USAF Thunderbirds are now confirmed for the rescheduled OC Air Show!

The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will kick off their 2020 air show season over the beaches and boardwalk of Ocean City, Maryland when they headline the rescheduled OC Air Show on August 15-16, 2020!

How was OC lucky enough to keep their airshow when seemingly everyone else in the world has theirs cancelled? Is is venue along the beach (better distancing)? Awesome for those who live nearby!

Californias still have a few shows committed at the end, but if not I know after the election in November things will die down. Better off looking forward to 2021, that is if Pacific, Point Mugu, Planes of Fame Vintage Fest, & Apple Valley cancel their event, I still have my doubts about some of them. Edwards is hybrid so I still plan to see that show, basically, my fingers are still crossed.
