I watched from Southern Blvd. which is essentially directly behind the main lot and Oceana Blvd both Friday and Saturday and didn't see any law enforcement chasing people away. On Saturday there were tons of people watching from there. The main lot on Oceana Blvd had cones set up preventing you from parking there, but several people still set up chairs in the lot and in the grass to the right and were permitted to watch from there from what I could see.
