They removed the Lancaster, but left Vintage Wing's Hurricane.

Even if half the list shows up it'll be a heck of a show.

Has anyone heard what airport they leave from? Any list of the planes that have not cancelled? I am debating whether it’s worth risking Covid and a beating from BLM or Antifa.

Update from the Tunison Foundation (unfortunately the C-46 had to cancel as previously noted):
This is the start of an active week for Placid Lassie. Last week we complete maintenance (MX) by replacing the fuel pump on the right engine and addressed never ending oil leaks. Placid Lassie us currently at Oxford-Waterbury Airport (KOXC) in CT. Sunday morning the plan is do a test flight and get one of the pilots on the team current with three take offs and landings.
This is also the week of Arsenal of Democracy in Washington, DC which Placid Lassie is proud to take part along with 75 other WW2 airplanes. The current operating plan is to depart KOXC at 3pm on Tuesday and fly south to Culpepper Airport (KCJR) were we will be based with most of the other airplanes. Meanwhile both B-29s, a B-17, a PBY-4, a C-46 and a C-47 (Miss Virginia) will be at based Manassas Airport (KHEF). Wednesday is briefings. Thursday is a practice flight with airplanes starting to take off around 10:30 and landings starting around noon. Friday, Sept 25th is the event. Take off times start at 10:30 and first landings at 12:00. We expect to fly south down the Potomac, and then fly on the south side of the Mall. Come out to see Placid Lassie (and the others) in flight. Likely there will also be TV coverage.

Postponed due to overcast conditions. They will try again tomorrow at the same time but weather is expected to be about the same.
