Aero Legends Battle of Britain Airshow, Headcorn - 25th-27th September

There have been very few events to mark the 80th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain, but the Aero Legends team did manage to reschedule their event to the end of September. The late September weather wasn't ideal for an airshow with some strong winds and squally rain showers, but they did manage a full airshow on the Saturday and Sunday despite the RAF BBMF being unable to leave their base at RAF Coningsby. While the show mainly consisted of the growing Aero legends fleet of aircraft there was also a good contribution from the Aircraft Restoration Company for the centrepiece 'Battle of Britain Scramble' and Fighter Balbo.
