Hello, I hope I am doing this correctly in the right thread, as I am new to this forum. :) I have attended airshows about once a year, mainly on the Eastern Seaboard. I just discovered this coincides with a FL trip (I booked Universal Studios on the 7th in November), so I believe we will fly in early to see this show.
I have not been but see there is a premium ticket with reserved seating (I did this a few other places), has anyone tried that in this location? Also, I am wondering if the show is over the ocean (the FT Lauderdale air & sea show used to do this) and if so, has anyone watched from an oceanfront resort/hotel? Perhaps this is what we might do instead. I am happy to research the spots, but if there is inside info I would be grateful.

Thanks for the forum, I always find these helpful when trying something new. If anyone needs Disney/Universal/Cruise advice, I am your girl, I can return the favor! ;)

Welcome! This show is on base in Pensacola. General admission tickets are free but I am not sure whether the paid seating is a worthwhile upgrade.

Keep in mind that Pensacola is at least a 6 hour drive from Orlando!

Just FYI, there is a show in Stuart, FL the following weekend that might work with your plans

Thank you! We take a lot of trips to FL, so the following weekend will be too long of a stay, and seeing the blue Angels is a highlight for us. There are some $99 1 hour-ish one way flights from PNS to MCO which seem a lot easier than 6 hour drive for sure. I went to FSU so if I don't have to get on I-10 I am fine with that! I vaguely remember it being 4 hours from FSU to Disney.

For those who have attended, if you have a condo on a beach area, can you see some of the show from there as they perform?
I just booked airline Tix and I am thinking we might be able to see some of the outlying maneuvers Friday afternoon from the room....
