Our team has not been idle these past few months and we have been hard at work for the 2021 Sanicole Airshow which will take place from 10 until 12 September. This will be an edition that may still look a little different than the previous 41, but we are convinced we have come up with a setup that ensures another top edition, in all safety. Of course, we will let you know the details soon, but I can already tell you that this year, we will have three airshow days (Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday), to spread the expected number of visitors over three rather than two days, while retaining a spottersday at Kleine-Brogel.

Unfortunately the full article is behind a paywall, but the Sanicole organisers have publically released plans on how this year's airshow will be kept COVID secure under the regulations in Belgium.

https://www.nieuwsblad.be/cnt/dmf202102 ... h_i=&imai=

Not only will the show be held over three days for the first time (Friday Evening show plus two full days at the weekend to spread the audience out) but everyone will be allocated their own COVID Secure 'bubble' space in a series of stands (raised staging) along the crowdline. Each stand area will have its own entrance, catering and facilities.
-Saturday added to spread the crowd across 3 days.
-Instead of 40000 visitors, we are working to 5000-7500 each day.
-The audience will be placed seated on 5 properly separated stages. Each of these will have a maximum of 1500 seats.
-Social distancing will be implemented as necessary according to social bubbles.
-Distancing between will be guaranteed with prior assigned seating.
-Each of these 5 stages will have its own catering and toilets to limit contact to the bare minimum.
-Depending on requirements at the time, each of the 5 section may also have its own entrance.
-If allowed, there will be a tradestand boulevard behind the sections with compulsory walking directions like we have at local outdoor markets.
-When not seated, a mouth-nose mask is compulsory.
-If allowed, static display will be at both the east end and west end of the showground. If required by authorities, this can be with timeslots.
-To avoid restless children on the stage, there will still be a playground.

Thanks for the info. Any idea when tickets go on sale? I'm sure they will not last long.
