One additional update with a little more information. According to this article, the air show is still "on", but not a lot of details beyond that.

Details are becoming a little clearer for this year's version of Thunder. The air show will take place for a two-hour period on Thunder day beginning at 3 p.m.
The Thunder airshow has a Category 3 air box approved over the city. Gibson says the planned two-hour show will include some fly-bys and aerobatics over neighborhoods. He admits the show won't be the same as in years past, but he adds that the airshow will be packed with aircraft including the Kentucky Air National Guard's C-130s, A-10s, T-38s, F-16s a U.S. Air Force tanker, U.S. Army helicopters, Tuskeegee Airmen and other aircraft flying around the community. Matt Younkin will perform both day and night shows.

A-10 Demo Team won't be at Louisville next month as the aerobatic box there is now a category 3.

"No spectators allowed at this year's event, it will be broadcast on WHAS-TV." Can't social distance outside? Watching on TV loses its luster quickly...

UPS says they will be doing a 767 flyover this year, although no mention of exactly where

Can someone who has access to the Flight Box Notam post it or at least the location. I am guessing the planes might be taking off from Louisville Mohamed Ali airport National Guard Ramp but that is just a guess. If anyone knows please share it. Thanks.

The only applicable NOTAM so far was issued on Friday and restricts aircraft activity within 1NM of Bowman Field from 4pm to 5pm EST on the day of Thunder. That pretty much confirms where the airbox is going to be located. The P51 Mustang website had already listed Bowman as the location, but I wasn't sure if that was accurate: https://commemorativeairforce.org/events/424
