It looks like WOW22 will not get the Thunderbirds. This is a huge bummer, as that was part of the reason the show was delayed a year. But between the CAD, the opening ceremony, and any other activities they plan for the 4FW 80th anniversary, it will still be an action-packed show. Plus, first show for the KC-46!

It must be very disappointing, but good point you mentioned, you don't see a KC-46A Demo or Flybys at particularly any show nowadays. Even without the Thunderbirds, its still considered an air show, full of action Pack demonstrations, Static Displays, Vendors, and Air & Space Expo's are just parts of what makes an airshow an airshow, and since its the 4th Fighter Wing 80th, you'll probably see a good display of the F-15 Eagles/Strike Eagles over there, and maybe one of the single ship demos, wouldn't doubt that.
