I, for one, do not relish the thought of the inevitable US Congressional hearings into sheer level of extortion, bribery, threats, cajoling, smuggling, distilling, animal husbandry, and maple syrup theft that had to occur to drag in all of these great US assets (Also delighted by the uptick in Canadian participation!). :)

Hook and Company have brought forward an epic line up , again, this year. Flying up on Wednesday, getting giddy.

Maple syrup does have a place in this I'm sure.

A crap ton of aircraft additions added! I usually post a screenshot of the e-mail, but it's easier just to list them lol.

Added to the Air Display:

CC-130J Hercules
CT-156 Harvard II

Added to the Ground Display:

CC-150 Polaris
CC-177 Globemaster III
CT-155 Hawk
C-90B King Air
CH-139 Jet Ranger
RC-135W Rivet Joint from Offutt AFB
3 x T-38 Talons from Langley AFB
2 x F-16 Fighting Falcons from Homestead AFB

This show is going to be epic!

Wow that's a solid lineup! Wish I wasn't working.

No CF-18 on static here or Abbotsford? That's not ideal

WOW, what a lineup. Wondering, if anyone has a seat in their car or a ticket for sale. The show is fully sold out on the website.

Looks awesome, but why are the gates open so late?

Now that there's a static, I'd think we'd want more than 2 hours to get in, get parked/setup, and then go to see the static, visit vendors and have lunch.

In the old LIAS days, it seems to me that the gates opened at 8:00 or 9:00, and I was at least 4 hours at the static, and I was just a kid then! Sure, this static isn't as big, but it's going to take anyone who's interested more than an hour and a half to do it. Seems a shame.

Let's hope for earlier gate times (like 8:00 or 9:00) for next year!

Other than that, I'm super excited for this weekend!

I got this in an e-mail this morning. Looks like they added an extra hour from when gates open to show start.
