Looks like Erik Edgren's not coming to Latrobe next month as he was removed from the lineup.

Does anybody know if static displays will be arriving on Thursday or Friday? Looking to drive out for my first time and want to get static arrivals.

Latest Addition
- US Navy Legacy Flight [F/A-18 Super Hornet and F4U Corsair]
USN Legacy Flight 2022 Westmoreland County Airshow.
A late add to the already great lineup of performers to the 2022 Westmoreland County Airshow in Latrobe, PA on 11-12 June was confirmed today as Louis Horschel will bring his FG-1D Corsair to participate in the US Navy Legacy Flight with VFA-122’s F/A-18E Super Hornet each afternoon.

There could be arrivals either of those days. On Friday, a TFR is in effect from 1200 to 1500L for a practice show (bonus). Some statics may arrive prior to that and then some afterward as I saw at Dover. I would only be guessing that the heavier aircraft arrive earlier for ramp parking placement.

Had a fun weekend at Latrobe. The F-16 Fighting Falcon and F/A-18 Super Hornet Demo Teams put on great displays during the weekend. My other highlights from the airshow were Thom Richard and his P-40 Warhawk display and the Navy Legacy Flight with the F/A-18 Super Hornet and F4U Corsair on Saturday. The highlight of the static displays was the A400M Atlas from the German Air Force. The only disappointments were that there was no USAF Heritage Flight all weekend as Jim Beasley and his P-51 Mustang were weathered in elsewhere in Pennsylvania and the TBM Avenger from Lake Erie Warbirds couldn't make it as it had mechanical issues. All in all, it was a fun show. Here are a few photos from my trip.

Stay tuned for some of my videos from the show.
