Anyone know if this is a private show from Gillen or hosted by the military? IE, are they going to charge for general admission?

We are pleased to announce that The ScottsMiracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG), one of the world’s leading marketers of branded consumer lawn and garden as well as hydroponic and indoor growing products, will be the Presenting Partner of the 2023 air show. The official name has been updated to the Columbus Air Show Presented by Scotts. We also are announcing that the show has expanded its dates to include performances on Friday, June 16 in addition to the previously announced Saturday, June 17 and Sunday, June 18. Finally, we also are announcing the addition of the Scotts Aviation Showcase, which will feature a significant number of “warbirds,” vintage military aircraft participating each morning in formation flying and appearing on static display each day. General public tickets available beginning Tuesday. Airshow Insights members can buy beginning Saturday at 8 a.m. Looks like there will be a big price increase as the event gets closer ("normal" GA price is listed at $55, plus $35 parking). Important to note that they will be limiting the number of tickets sold.

Refused to buy ticket this early at these prices. crazy pricing again for a show you are supposed to select a specific day almost a year in advance for general admission.

2007 GML was an amazing event. However there was financial controversy for that show.

Latest Addition
- P-51 Mustang "By Request"
Rise Above Brings History to Life!
We are pleased to announce that the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) is bringing their Rise Above Exhibit AND their P-51 Mustang “By Request” to the Columbus Air Show Presented by Scotts.
The CAF Rise Above Exhibit is a fully functional mobile movie theater that travels the country telling the story of the Tuskegee Airmen and the WASP (Women Airforce Service Pilots). CAF strives to honor and educate about the obstacles both groups overcame to serve their country during WWII.
This is an extra special addition for us because Rickenbacker, formerly known as Lockbourne Army Air Base, played a key role in the success of WASP and was the final home of the Tuskegee Airmen before their deactivation in 1949.
For more information about the Rise Above Exhibit, WASP, and the Tuskegee Airmen at Lockbourne check out our website. https://columbusairshow.com/caf-rise-above-exhibit/
Ticket Update
Tickets went on public sale last week and have been in high demand. Several premium seating areas for Saturday are nearly SOLD OUT.
You do not want to miss the Columbus Air Show Presented by Scotts, headlined by the U.S. Navy Blue Angels on June 16-18, 2023. https://columbusairshow.com/tickets/
