You can forget the FHCAM birds, they never fly anywhere but their home base. The FHCAM flying schedule at home has been greatly reduced this year as well. I have doubts that Planes of Fame would send anything. I don't think the have flown anything east since they lost their Hellcat 15 years ago. They didn't fly their Corsair to Thunder last year.

Also, there are some airworthy German trainers/ liaison aircraft out there:
BUCKER Bü 2C JUNGMEISTER (Yagen)
1936 Bücker Jungmann (Kermit Weeks)
1939 Bücker Bestmann (Kermit Weeks)
Focke Wulf FW-44 (Yagen)
Focke-Wulf Fw-44 (Weeks)
Messerschmitt Bf 108 (Yagen)
Fieseler Fi-156 Storch (Weeks)
Fieseler Fi-156 Storch (Collings)
FHCAM has a Storch but won't attend for the same reasons as their fighters.

You are correct Bruce. I was just putting up the exhaustive list of airworthy Luftwaffe fighters in the US. FHCAM will not send anything. Planes of Fame I am not 100% sure about. Since the theme is limited and the Blue Angels supply extra funds to Michael's warbird budget, the push to send them might be there. Although both of POF's Luftwaffe birds are "rare", they have reliable engines for the trip to Michigan. If the Buchon isn't done in time, the chances of just the 190 going are slim to none.

My questions are the FW-190 that was done by Gosshawk and I believe is for sale (?) in Arizona (?)??? Also, Yagen's 109 and the "landing on grass" deal...

Good additions regarding the trainers/liaison. Would be awesome to see a few of those!

The Fighter Factory received and reassembled for Mr. Yagen a Fiesler Storch last year just before Warbirds Over the Beach.

Yagen has committed to the Fw 190 and the Ju-52 to be at TOM so far. Still on the table are the Bf 109 & the Me 262 (which is sadly unlikely as it's receiving lengthy maintenance). The Storch, Bucker & FW biplanes, Me 108 & 208 are all being discussed as well.

Little update regarding trainers/liaison. Kermit will not be sending anything as he "doesn't do airshows" anymore.
Collings and Yagen are still in discussion, but no is the likely answer.

Anybody have any other suggestions?

Currently working on CAF's Storch and 108, but that's a stretch too.

Honestly I wouldn’t count on it. Axis planes are damn near impossible to get. You’ll honestly be lucky to manage 4 total. I don’t run the show but this was a bad theme. I hope they have some alternatives to fill the show.

There's the former MAM Storch, which is privately owned in Minnesota. I don't know if it's still flown though.
