So plans are well underway for this years TBM Gathering and Salute to Veterans. May 15 and 16 at Peru Il KVYS. This year Aeroshell will be performing both Friday night and Saturday. Standing invitation to TBMs and all warbirds. TBMs will receive $2500 plus all expenses to, from, and during. . All other Warbirds will get all the fuel they can take. So if your on your way back home from The Arsenal of Democracy flight, stop at Peru, have a good time, get your tanks topped. This will be our 5th amazing year. Just keeps getting better. We're in a bit of a transition phase with the event at the moment. We did just recently get the website updated to add some partners and information for the Friday Night Show. While no aircraft are listed yet, the CAF Missouri Wing, Wisconsin Wing & Rocky Mountain Wing will be participating. In addition EAA Warbird Squadron 4 and the Tri-State Warbird Museum will also be participating....so this will give you an idea of what might be flying ;).

There is also hope that some warbirds plan to stop in on their way back from Arsenal of Democracy. A partial lineup will, hopefully, be up shortly.

Haven't seen anything official yet, but I'm assuming this one will either be canceled or postponed as well.

Planning still continues at this rate. This event doesn't have as much overhead as some other major events so the "cancel by date" can be pushed out. We're just remaining hopeful. Stand by for updates.

Officially postponed to July or August. We'll be making the official announcement shortly. This is the announcement from our Chairman:
Due to the current conditions regarding the Covid-19 issue, it has become clear that we cannot have the TBM Reunion and Salute to Veterans on May 15 and 16 as we had hoped.
At this time, we have decided to postpone the event to a later date rather than cancel. We are looking at some specific dates in July or early August. There are some outside determining factors that need to play out before we can nail an exact date.
This was a difficult decision to make and we held out as long as we could hoping against hope that we could somehow still pull it off.
However, in the interest of safety for all and with respect to the City of Peru, we decided to pull the plug for May.
We will continue to discuss future plans in coordination with the City of Peru and post updates as soon as information is available.
Stay healthy and safe.
