Thank you everyone for the kind words unfortunately I will not be attending/working the show this year I have other commitments that weekend which is a major bummer considering this is the premier airshow in the US today.

I will still be posting info on the show!

BTW,

Airshow events began Thursday morning with the arrival of the aircraft participating. These aircraft will be based at CGAS Miami Opa-Locka airfield. Friday of course will be the practice day where a majority of the aircraft will be flying. Practice starts around 11AM and then later on at CGAS Miami at around 2PM will be the Media Day Ceremony where more than 300 recruits representing their branch of service in a spceial swear in enlistment ceremony performed by United States Air Force General Robin Rand, Commander, Air Force Global Strike Command and Commander, Air, U.S. Strategic Command Barksdale AFB. The US Army Golden Knights are expected to a jump at this event and the Air Force could be doing a flyover. Of Course this event is private and requires special access but it is view able from outside the gates.

I will post more information once I get it.

Thanks!

Really wanted to see the F-15 but the list looks amazing! hoping for the 2 pending to confirm and looking forward to the KC-135, C-17 and T-38 Talon since I have never seen them fly! Thank you Jeancarlo, and one more question, the aircraft will arrive Thursday and practice on Friday?

Yes most of the arrivals will happen on Thursday. There's not a specific time frame on that though because that's usually an all day event. You can expect the demo teams to arrive in the morning and afternoon. Of course not all of the aircraft participating will be based out of CGAS Miami, some will be based at Homestead ARB.

Yes practice will be on Friday.
