Easily one the best air shows I've ever been to. The schedule was true, to the minute, for each act with the exception of the P-3. Over 4 hours of modern military (and a Spitfire) which didn't allow for a bathroom break. The Danish 16 and the Saudi Hawks were incredible. And it was wonderful to see all the rare assets from the home country.

I love your shots, please do post some more! The Saudi Hawks look great. I saw them in 2019 and the shots coming out of Athens and Kecs really reenforce what I suspected two years ago: that their display sequence that year was massively substandard. Now I'm seeing photos from the past few days and continuously thinking "they didn't do that when I saw them!" And the opposition passes look very low indeed! I wrote them off as a mediocre team two years ago but clearly I've got to chase them down again some day soon.

I wanted to do one solo trip to a major European airshow this year. My options were Kecskemet, Athens and Air Legend. Kecs was too complicated and Athens ended up clashing with other commitments, so I ended up booking Air Legend for next weekend. I'm sure it will be unbelievably good, but damn, it's hard not to be jealous of those lucky enough to be in Greece this weekend.
