One of their pilots was killed in a crash today. I'm sure this will have an impact on their schedule.
Also, Oceana got canceled.

Take this with a grain of salt but judging from what I’ve seen, if they haven’t disbanded then they’re grounded. Their social media and website are non-existent

Rewriting this: I’m still learning, but the organization known as the “Skytypers” consists of two fleets of aircraft. The East Coast Fleet are the GEICO Skytypers. Their old website redirects to the URL below. I’m guessing they used separate socials. I hope we get an official word at some point what their status is.

In other news, the initial NTSB Report was released. The aircraft supposedly began decelerating after the gear came up. Witnesses described a popping sound from the aircraft as it went down. Sounds like an engine issue.

The GEICO Skytypers are no more. I asked the #2 pilot and he confirmed that they are done.
