In terms of the fast movers... it seems only the USAF Lightning Demo Team and Navy Growler Demo Team are confirmed. None of the other USAF ACC Demos are going to be there. Seems odd considering it's the 75th of the USAF. Some speculations though...

1. Viper Demo will be in Milwaukee, WI from Jul 23-24 (including the 22nd as a practice day)... just ahead of OSH. Thereafter they head to Dayton, OH for a Jul 30-31 show (including the 29th as a practice day). Maybe they will stop by for a few days? Not sure though, as their crew probably needs a good rest and some time to set up ahead of their Dayton show.

2. Raptor Demo will be in Cold Lake, AB, Canada from Jul 16-17 (including 15th as a practice day) and doesn't have a show until Jul 30-31 (including the 29th as a practice day) all the way up in Alaska. Weird gap around OSH... maybe for a visit? But their Alaska show is a ways away and would probably require extra time for their crew to head up there, cutting into the time they could be at OSH.

Looks like our only hope is VFA-106 or 122 comes through with the Super Hornet, VFA-125 comes with the F-35C, or we just have other military squadrons doing small flybys/arrival low approaches.

Thoughts, insight, anyone?

ACC schedules have fluctuated a LOT over the last few years so it is likely that we will see some big changes between now and July. If COVID cancels a bunch of early season shows, the teams will have extra budget to use for other events later on. I would not be shocked to see another ACC team add Oshkosh.

The demos are cool but they're the same everywhere (actually at OSH they aren't even aerobatic). I am always more interested in the non-demo military stuff like the bomber flyover, tanker parade or AFSOC stuff - none of which would appear on any schedule yet.

Them celebrating the USAF doesn't necessarily mean that it will be a blow out show of military stuff though. They celebrate many themes each year and some only entail static displays or a program at Theater in the Woods.

Unless you desperately need to make travel plans, no sense in worrying about it any time soon :)

Not attempting to derail the thread, but this year will potentially be my first at Oshkosh and I was wondering what general advice you all have for attending? Thanks!
