Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) Training Air Wing Four will be providing a pair of formation flyovers featuring T-6B Texan IIs from VT-27 Boomers and the VT-28 Rangers, along with T-44A Pegasus trainers from VT-31 Wise Owls. These aircraft are based at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi and train the newest naval aviators on basic and intermediate flying before moving on to their career flying assignments.

The 2022 Roar by the Shore Air and Space Expo along the South Padre Island Beachfront, TX from 27-28 August 2022 is proud to announce the inclusion of aircraft from Polaris Dawn will be participating in the airshow daily.
The aircraft flight will feature a single MiG-29UB Fulcrum, a pair of AlphaJets, and several L-39C Albatross aircraft.
The privately funded Polaris Program is planning its first crewed launch on a SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft in December, a mission that will include the first spacewalk on a private mission.
Jared Isaacman, the billionaire who organized the Inspiration4 private astronaut mission that spent three days in orbit in September 2021, announced the Polaris Program in February, billing it as a series of missions to develop experience in human spaceflight. The first mission, Polaris Dawn, will fly Isaacman and three others on a five-day Crew Dragon mission.
The aircraft participating in the South Padre Airshow first debuted at the EAA event in Oshkosh, WI a few weeks ago and will make their second public appearance as part of this event as well do a flyby of the SpaceX STARBASE in Boca Chica.
