The Italian and French aerobatic display teams flew with colored smokes over Rome to celebrate the signing of the Italy-France cooperation treaty. On Nov. 26, 2021, French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi signed the "French-Italian Enhanced Cooperation Treaty" at the presence of Italy's President Sergio Mattarella. The "Quirinale Treaty" was named after the palace of the Italian Presidency in Rome where the ceremony took place....
