Royal New Zealand Air Force's Kiwi Red (1988-1990)

Here's a look back at one of New Zealand's past aerobatic teams, Kiwi Red. The team was established from Royal New Zealand Air Force's 75 Squadron (1946-2001) and operated six A-4 Skyhawks. The signature maneuver in their airshow display is when the lead aircraft of the team would refuel the slot aircraft while flying in diamond formation and then the two stay connected while performing a barrel roll.
