Does anyone have experience photographing the JBSA Great Texas Airshow?

How's the lighting?

Where would be a place to photograph from on the flight line?

Appreciate any help.

Thank you.

Lighting isn’t optimal. I work with Tora so my shots won’t be the best representation of it as I shoot from the pyro field. The osprey shots and thunderbird shots are crowd side though. Don’t get confused by the two crowd sides or you’ll have a bad spot for the show. Look for the airboss tower to find the crowd side.

These are fantastic photos!!! Great job!!!

Please forgive me, as this will be my first time attending this air show. They still haven't posted the event map or any details about parking yet.
So, should I photograph near the air boss? Or what general area should I photograph from?
Thank you.
