It appears that Sally B won’t be participating in any European airshows for the foreseeable future.

Sally B is not an FAA-registered aircraft and does not fall under their jurisdiction.

If the FAA issue this directive, if the CAA follow suit, and if Sally B is then found to suffer the same problem (which the operators could well have already fixed during previous winter maintenance, for all we know) then you may be right - but we're several stages away from that at the moment so it's a bit early to announce their season as being cancelled on the operators' behalf!

The Patrouille de France will be performing on Saturday only.

The French AF schedule was released by the French Ministry of Defence before everything was finalised (note the actual display teams have not released their individual schedules, nor publicised the MOD one in any way, and neither have any airshow organisers made any participation announcements off the back of this schedule release).

The weekend of Air Legend is particularly complicated with a lot of variables in the mix, including political ones. The schedules reflect one of the proposed options for that weekend (albeit not completely accurately), but so far the only information that is certain is what Air Legend has released on their website (A400M tactical display), and the fact the PAF will be in Belgium on the Sunday.

Wonderful to see two very rare German-based warbirds join the line up!

The French Air & Space Force's Ambassadeurs de l'Air office has now released their official event calendar. Beyond confirming some displays that were already known about (Rafale C, Patrouille de France, A400M), it also lists the Ambassadeurs Parachutistes de l'AAE as performers at Air Legend.

Another small update:
Rafale M - Aeronavale (multi-aircraft tactical display, exact format TBA)
NH90 Caïman Marine - Aeronavale (static display only)
Yak-3/9 - Michel Defaye (website says Yak-3, but gives the registration and details of a Yak-9P)

Four Rafale Ms will participate in Air Legend 2023. Their participation will include a tactical display and buddy-buddy refuelling demonstration.
