I got quite a useful info pack today with information about bus routes, parking, rules for the spotter area etc. Hopefully all others on here got the same!

Re: Air VG 2024

Excellent, thanks! I like the look of Notams A1007/24 and A1008/24, placing restrictions on non-airshow flights on Friday as well as Saturday, which suggests that the airport expects there may be practice displays.

Here's our answer about spotters! 350 spotters have been granted accreditation, from 24 countries. https://www.vecernji.hr/vijesti/svi-zele-vidjeti-rafale-izbliza-razgrabljene-ulaznice-za-aeromiting-zbog-sigurnosti-ih-ne-smijemo-prodavati-vise-1766384?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR3KeN4IBf2a_IlyolfNf3h...

Re: Air VG 2024

Re: Air VG 2024

Confirmation here of the total capacity of the airshow - just 5,000 tickets were on sale. A good sign that it won't be too hectic in there, I hope. Huge interest in the air show: 5,000 tickets for AIRVG sold out in a few hours https://www.kronikevg.com/ogroman-interes-za-aeromiting-5-000-ulaznica-za...

Re: Air VG 2024

Not surprising the spotters location filled up as it is quite small. I also think it's a way to control who is outside the fence as I assume the area is going to be the usual European spotting madness. I'm not necessarily convinced that'll be the case, or that "spotting madness" is indeed...
