Spent the day outside Malacky-Kuchyna Airbase just north of Bratislava watching the arrivals and rehearsals. No problems being in the fields to the north of the base on either side of the runway. As always, it was great to see so many familiar faces. Thank you all for such an enjoyable weekend and hope to see you again next year, if not sooner.

First time at RIAT IN 22 years. Just one day (Saturday) and while it wasn't without it's challenges, it worked out very well.

A few from today - the first of two spottersdays.

1. Solo Turk performing between the morning launch and recovery.

2. Qatari Typhoon returning.

3. 8 F-16s from locally based 132 Filo (squadron) 'Daggers' taxi back to their ramp in style.

4. Digi-Camo F-16 was a nice surprise twice today.

Very impressed by the Turkish hospitality today at Konya.
