Monday Departures! Highlights were definitely the second F-15, first F-35, B-52, and the last pass by the CP-140 Aurora.

Sunday evening departures will probably be their own video.

Three takeaways:

1) 2009 was probably the best static year in recent memory
2) Abby hasn't had a B-1 on static in quite some time (I think there were a couple from 2002-07)
3) I hope the static display can improve in future years to return to previous form

Have to say, I was really disappointed in the drone show. Last year was a lot of fun, guessing the aircraft from the show as they took shape. This year felt out of place, gimmicky, and fairly uninspired. Maybe I'm being hard on them. I was just left thinking, that's it? Anyways. Here is the video. Let me know what you think.

Maybe the darkest CF-18 demo I've watched at the twilight shows. They definitely pushed it as late as possible. I think Ken said that they landed less than a minute before official dark, which is mandatory for the hornet demo.
