On the contrary, this is long overdue, probably more interesting to the Canadian avgeek community than yet another Red Arrows appearance (maybe?), and has much less impact on the domestic shows back home. I wish we did much more of this kind of thing!

Ha! Methinks you overestimate my influence! Don't you forget, I'm going to be at Trenton - is that not enough British representation?

On a serious note, Trenton is the same weekeend as UK Armed Forces Day. While hardly the biggest fixture on the calendar I'm sure there's some desire to have the Typhoon available domestically as that's always a busy weekend.

I'm Irish so I'll take seeing the Typhoon at Bagotville. I've seen them on the ground before (RAF birds, too) but never seen one in the air.

We're definitely coming. Just need to wrangle this whole where to stay thing...

There are a lot of nice Airbnbs/rental chalets within 30-40 minutes of the base if you're into that kind of thing! It's a really a beautiful area of Quebec. :)

Wow, awesome to see the Typhoon making a North American appearance! Really wish I could go to this one. I will look forward to seeing everyone's photos and video.

That's why we're taking the trip up from NJ and seeing some of the sights along the way.
