The new Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Massimiliano Salvatore, Pony 0.
The key positions of Pony 1 (head of training) and Pony 6 (leader of the 2nd section) see Major Pierluigi Raspa and Major Franco Paolo Morocco confirmed.
The solo role will be entrusted to Pony 10, Major Federico De Cecco.
Confirmed Captain Leonardo Leo with the role of first right gregario, Pony 3.
Captain Luca Pozzani becomes Pony 2, Captain Alessandro Sommariva Pony 4, Captain Simone Fanfarillo Pony 5, Captain Giovanni Morello
Pony 8 and Major Oscar Del Do' Pony 9.
The new entry to the formation is Captain Emanuele Bernuzzi, who will fly in the position of Pony 7, third left Gregorian.

I still don't get that break in the middle of August.

Most likely crew rest. They've put together a grueling schedule and that gap is around a week before they head back to Italy, where they have a sizeable number of shows remaining.

I live in Tucson, AZ and I was planning on seeing the Tricolori at Oshkosh, since I heard they were going to spend the night on Tuesday and leave on Wednesday (my first day at the show), but it seems they're only doing a flyover on Tuesday and I'll see nothing on Wednesday.
does anyone know where the next best opportunity would be to see them closest to Tucson?
