They should have a single ticket option for those who don't have a massive car load of people to bring.

Add two sections, one for cars and one for everyone else who can't afford the car pass, and make it one show each day.

The people who buy the car passes do it for the convenience and because they can afford it.
The theme turned out to be a lot harder than it seemed. The confirmations followed by the operators pulling out a few weeks later didn't help at all either. Owners were pretty tight on sending things, even for good compensation... I always go on arrival Friday and that hasn't disappointed so hopefully that makes up for the cancellations.

We'll have to see what happens with ticket sales this year - they haven't updated the totals in a few days, but there's plenty left all besides Saturday afternoon.
My favorite quote: “don’t worry, it’s not broken, it’s Just British”

Sums it up nicely. Not easy to keep them flying, and even harder to fly them any length of distance.

Arrivals are really anyones guess, so best time to arrive is as early as you can, I personally like to watch arrival days from about 11 am to 6 or so - Blues practice THUR & FRI, usually doing marking flights [great to watch and listen to on a scanner, they familiarize themselves with and time out way points and run-in points all over the area using rivers, barns, houses, roads, ponds, walmarts, anything distinctive and highly visible] then often 4 ship and solos separately, then they land and follow up with a full 6 ship practice. In addition, No 7 usually does a VIP flight or 2.
Looking at the TFR's (which I think have changed since a few days ago), it looks like Friday's practice is between 12:00 to 3:15. I don't see anything about the aforementioned 8:00 to 10:00 parachute practice. But with those into account, there very likely won't be anything happening before 8:00, will probably get a few arrivals from 10:00 to 12:00, and I imagine it'll be pretty fun from 3:15 onward. The evening after practice was rapid fire arrivals last year, and pretty similar in 2019 except more daytime arrivals since we had a larger static display. I would say heading there by noon and staying into the later afternoon will get you most of the arrivals considering there isn't much of a reason for pilots to show up early in the day to just hang out/go to the hotel, may as well just come in late afternoon when the day is winding down. A side note, if you are there for arrivals, look forward to a fun time with Dean and the F-100 :D his flights are on Flightaware so we will have a good idea of his arrival time.

Yeah, Dean tends to beat up the field a bit before landing, saw him this past weekend at Selfridge

Yep, I just converted the times of the TFR (1700Z to 2015Z) and it is indeed 1-4:15 local.

I guess I just can't convert times, thanks Ryan.

Appears Blue Angels are in route.
https://flightaware.com/live/flight/VMBA10
Usually Fat Albert arrives / Followed by the Team.
If in route to YIP = Based on current Position ETA of Fat Albert would be between 1530 - 1600 ET.
