The Greater Binghamton Airport has stated on their Facebook Page that airshow tickets will go on sale beginning in April. Once we get an official announcement with where you can get tickets, we'll share that with everyone.

Hi All -

I Have not been to the Binghamton airshow before. Based on people past experience, is there a preferred place to sit to view the show and also catch some ramp traffic?
Thanks!

Update from 13 April: We anticipate ticket sales to commence sometime in the second half of April. Once they are available, we'll share the information as soon as it happens. Thank you for being patient.

I took my father to the last airshow - 2021 - but it was a drive-in airshow. We had easy in and easy out as a result. I can't speak for all your other questions because 2021 was my first visit.

Looking at satellite view on Google Maps, there doesn't seem to be anywhere on or around the airport to catch arrivals/departures or any freeloading. There's some sort of terminal construction project going on so that may hinder trying to park somewhere without the airport trying to chase you out.

Having said all that, I did read that CAF Airbase Arizona's B-17 and B-25 are actually going to be at BGM for ground tours July 2-5. It makes me wonder where on the airport they'll be doing that...

I just completed my ticket purchase for the entire weekend, as my wife won't be joining me.

While reading the airshow website, I did notice they left off a few performers. Is it an oversight or is this going to be an airshow where the Blue Angels take the stage at 1:45 pm rather than 3 pm?

My educated guess without knowing for sure is that the airport is likely keeping a couple of the performers that Schultz Airshows has already announced under wraps to push updates on "new" performers in the weeks leading up. I have seen several other shows use that in the recent past.
